Health Mate^® infrared sauna cabins are unique and unrivalled in quality. We are the only manufacturer to offer a lifetime warranty and be triple certified for environmental responsibility.

Almost all other brands that sell infrared saunas offer a limited lifetime warranty, and these warranties sometimes don’t cover even the most important parts of the machine.

Not all warranties are the same.

Some of these warranties may only last 1 year. The chances of you finding a defect or some sort of issue with workmanship or manufacturing after 1 year of ownership is highly unlikely.

1. Tecoloy™ Heaters:

• Unconditional Lifetime Warranty

• An unconditional lifetime warranty means that the product is covered for its natural life.

2. Sauna Wood:

• 5 Year Warranty

• We use “A” Grade Canadian Western Red Cedar, which is the highest quality wood that can be used for building saunas. Most luxury woods, including our Western Red Cedar, can last for more than 30 years with the proper care and treatment.

3. Power Supply & Patented Controller:

• 5 Years Warranty

  Our power supplies are commercial grade and are extremely well built, and built for safety.
