How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on how busy operations are, orders may take up to 2 - 3 business days for order handling to be completed. Delivery can take between 5-7 working days. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to mail@bathbliss.co we will also contact our delivery team, once we are satisfied with proofs supplied and delivery team feedback - we will begin the process of collection and replacement if necessary.
How is my Health Mate® Sauna shipped?
1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and your order number.
2. We will then get in touch. A Bath Bliss specialist will discuss the most suitable date and time for your delivery.
After we have shipped your order, you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking number and your delivery instructions.
