Refunds & Returns

Bath Bliss Ltd works with a number of brands and suppliers - our 'Returns & Refund' process can differ slightly depending on a given product type and selected item.

Please refer to the specific product pages for a brand and/or supplier with regard to any specific refund and return policy.


Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition with original packaging. 

Unless, the product page states otherwise (as per the brand return and refund policy)

Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. 

Please contact the manufacturer for any issues past the return window. We will be happy to assist in this matter.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving an item and report these damages to us immediately.

Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and there may be a charge for original shipping cost. Any damages to products may void the return.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. 

Refunds can only be issued to the original credit/ debit card that was used when order was placed.

All tubs and steam showers must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or else will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer.

The purchaser of the sauna, tub and/or steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. These units are not to be used for commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.

The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Bath Bliss Limited from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products. Bath Bliss Limited is not responsible for any liability or losses accruing from plumbing or electrical installation.

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with UK safety regulations. You must only use the services of a trained and qualified plumber and electrician in any installation.

If a customer purchases any infrared sauna, steam showers and spa/hot tubs that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions:

You will be able to return the unit for the purchase price of the unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
