Delivery might take from 10 working days up to 4 weeks. The delivery time depends on stock and transport capacity. We will keep you informed at all times and we would appreciate your patience and cooperation.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Goods are delivered 5 days per week between 6:00am and early afternoon hours. We will provide you with 3 hour time slot via SMS and email.
Unless prearranged, deliveries are to the ground floor only; otherwise an additional charge of £20 or £40.00 will apply.*
*You can book additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property in case you live on 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). This is a subject of £20 charge (1st and 2nd floor) or £40 (3rd and 4th floor).
We are unable to deliver to a specific room within a house. The surcharge is to be paid on delivery directly to the drivers and booked with us while placing an order. If the client would like to cancel/amend the delivery – we need to be notified minimum
If a customer would like to cancel/amend the delivery – we need to be notified minimum 24 hours before – otherwise a charge of £40 will apply.
If the customer for any reason is not present at delivery address, we reserve the right to apply redelivery charge of £40.
Any collections from our warehouse are a subject to payment and due to the warehouse workflow, we will require 48 hours notice.

Signing for your delivery. All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery.
Before signing for delivery Please visually inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process.
If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note.
